It started with a simple observation: why do enterprise software teams burn through millions in productivity while their dev teams sit in coordination limbo for days? After conducting 50+ developer interviews and analyzing coordination patterns, we discovered the answer wasn\'t about talent—it was about invisible coordination gaps.
